Relax, Reflect, and Revitalize at The Point!

The Mackinac Lodge, fashioned as a Finnish ski lodge and built with cedar, is a year-round facility for church, educational retreats, conferences, seminars, meetings, and other events housing 12-24 guests.

The lodge and full-length deck, panoramically overlook Lake Michigamme. There are four dormitory style bedrooms. Each has a private bath with a large mirror, two-sink counter, toilet & shower. Each bedroom is also furnished with bookcase headboards, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a desk with chair, reading lamps, and alarm clocks. Floors are carpeted and bedrooms have small wardrobes for hanging clothes.  Guests provide their own food, bedding and towels. We recommend twin sized sheets, pillows, blankets, and a towel.

The main common area, The Anuta Room, offers space for workshops, dining and a place to relax around the fireplace with friends. The 23′ X 31′ carpeted community room is furnished with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, piano, and an awesome view of the lake.

The Mackinac Lodge has a full-service kitchen (18′ x 16′) and is available for guests to prepare meals.
